Some Java Software Definitions

Before we begin fixing the error, let’s explore some terms.  Java is a computer programming language or platform that was designed to make it easier to run almost any program on almost any computer or device, regardless of the operating system (Windows, Linux, etc.).  When used correctly, Java provides the best of computer programs for your system.

Another thing to note: Java and JavaScript are two different entities.  When you see one of these errors on your computer, make sure that you have verified which error the computer experienced, since the techniques required to fix it will be somewhat different.  With these preliminaries out of the way, let’s move on to the fix!

Fixing a Java Error

The best resource you have to fix a Java error is the official Java website.  It contains a highly organized and specific Help Center that will allow you to search for your specific error message.  When you see a Java error, be sure to copy down the wording to make it easier to search the site for a resolution.  Whatever you do; you need to follow these instructions to the “t” or you could wipe your hard drive clean.

Also, remember, that the vast majority of PC errors are caused by a cluttered Windows registry.  Everyday activity can make changes to your registry making it impossible for programs using Java to locate the files and information they need to run, resulting in a Java error.

If you have been unable to resolve your Java error, then this may be the case with your machine.  In this instance, you must fix your Java errors by using the best registry cleaner available.
