If you have a PC with windows then you have a program by the name of Outlook Express. Outlook Express is a very simple email program that is very closely connected with Internet Explorer. Like most computer programs, Outlook Express sometimes causes problems. When this occurs, it can cause your entire system to operate in a less than efficient manner.
